How can I drink more water?

Firstable, there are some good ideas about drinking water. Dayly, when you get up in the morning, is so good to drink about two glasses of water. After this, anytime you are going to eat something, prepare your stomach drinking a glass of water and to help digestion you can drink another. Adding infusions, as tea, to your diet, you can have enough hidratation for your body.

What is the best diet for me?

There isn’t the ideal diet for you. Our body is changing with the different seasons, different conditions we are living. You have to test yourself knowing the fundamental paths your body use with food.

I have to loose weight.

Loosing weight has to be only a consecuence of living with healthy habits. I’m sure that you are going to get your ideal weight if you learn how your body works. So, let’s see what is your relation with food, with water and with the movement of your body. The higienichabits are important too.

I’m aching and I can’t make any movement.
